Associate Professor Sule OZTAN is founder of Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and Regenerative Medicine in Medical faculty of Izmir University.  Her specific teaching and research interests are in the areas of aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, cell therapy, stem cell and preadipocytes. She is associate editor in Internet Journal of Plastic Surgery.  

Associate Professor Oztan completed his MD degree in Bursa  University, Turkey in 2013; her residency programme in Plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, Adnan Menderes University, Turkey.
